Booking Terms & Policies
How do I reserve my event?
To reserve your event date, a signed agreement and a 50% non-refundable deposit are required. Your date is not secured until both have been received.
Is my deposit refundable?
No. Your 50% deposit is non-refundable. It reserves your event date exclusively and allows us to begin planning, ordering materials, and preparing for your event.
When is my final payment due?
The remaining balance is due 14 days before your event. Payments not received by the due date may result in cancellation of your booking.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you cancel before your final payment is due, only the 50% deposit will be forfeited. Cancellations made within 14 days of the event are non-refundable.
Can I reschedule my event?
All backdrop rentals, stands, and other rental items remain the property of The Party Edit by Jillian. Clients are responsible for any lost or damaged rental items until pickup.
Weather Policy
Unless requested otherwise in writing before your event, The Party Edit by Jillian may photograph completed installations for use on our website, social media, and marketing materials.
Balloon Care
Balloons are temporary décor and should be handled with care. Exposure to sharp objects, children, pets, extreme temperatures, or rough handling may shorten their lifespan.
Rental Items
If we're available on your new date, we'll happily transfer your booking. Rescheduling is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
Photo Release
Outdoor balloon installations are affected by heat, wind, rain, humidity, and direct sunlight. While we use professional-quality products, weather-related damage cannot be guaranteed or refunded.
Travel Fees
Travel within our local service area is included. Events outside our service area may incur a travel fee, which will be discussed before booking.
We'll do our best to accommodate changes whenever possible. Requests made within 14 days of your event may not be possible and may incur additional charges.
Accepted Payments
We accept major credit cards and electronic payments through your invoice. Dates are not reserved until the required deposit has been received.
Changes to Your Order
Once an installation is complete, The Party Edit by Jillian is not responsible for damage caused by weather, venue conditions, guests, children, pets, or mishandling.

Pickup & Breakdown
Rental item pickup is included with full-service installations unless otherwise noted. Please ensure all rental items remain accessible at the agreed pickup time.
